Prototyping Phase
Objective: Construct a 100 W lab prototype (~50 cm), scaling to a 500 W HAR (~1 m).
Materials
- Hydrogen Fuel Cell (100 W lab; 500 W HAR).
- Carbon Fiber (100 g lab; 500 g HAR).
- AI Microchip (lab-scale, 3x3 cm).
- Titanium Barrel (30 cm lab; 50 cm HAR).
- Tools: 3D printing (carbon fiber), CNC machining.
Methods
- Assemble 100 W lab prototype (50 cm).
- Test fuel cell output and stability.
- Scale to 500 W with larger fuel cell.
- Use CNC for precision barrel machining.
- Validate AI targeting with sensors.
